Thanksgiving 2026

Good food begins
with a good life.

This fall, we’re raising a limited flock of Thanksgiving turkeys with fresh air, deep bedding, and daily care. Our birds will spend their growing season moving through the forest and meadow at Stone Cave Hill in Berks County.

Raised with intention

More than a centerpiece.

Thanksgiving should taste like something. We’re building a small, transparent turkey program around excellent birds, careful husbandry, and a direct relationship with the families who bring them home.
